TAA is an Act of Congress that governs trade agreements negotiated between the United States and other countries under the Trade Act of 1974.

Buy American Act

The BAA attempts to protect U.S. businesses and labor by restricting the acquisition and use of end products or construction materials that are not “domestic.”

North American Fair Trade Agreement
